CAMBRIDGE, Mass., June 13, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Context Labs, an enterprise data fabric climate technology company in Cambridge, MA, and Amsterdam, today announced a platform partnership with Encino Environmental Services, LLC and including Satlantis, LLC, to further build a technology ecosystem to measure emissions with high accuracy, bringing greater urgency and rigor to the fight against climate change.

The new partnership provides Decarbonization-as-a-Service™ (DaaS™) platform integration to incorporate emissions performance testing and monitoring of Encino’s continuous ground and in-flight monitoring technology, as well as microsatellite sensor data developed by Satlantis, to accurately quantify emissions. This partnership will guide and influence energy industry decisions to reduce risk and increase impact. Williams, one of the nation’s largest energy infrastructure operators, has partnered with Context Labs to support the gathering, marketing and transportation of responsibly sourced gas from the wellhead to the end user .

Decarbonization-as-a-Service™ (DaaS™) was recently launched by Context Labs, a service layer based on its Immutably™ data fabric platform, which provides a complete end-to-end solution to reach key market climate commitments. DaaSMT deploys machine learning and AI to blend and contextualize massive repositories of disparate data, regardless of source, scale, or syntax, then cryptographically secures its verified context on a blockchain ledger. The result provides reliable and actionable asset quality data (AGD), AI-based analytics and a quantified and reliable ESG signal.

CEO Dan Harple said, “Context Labs aims to solve one of the world’s biggest challenges, accelerating the energy transition to carbon neutrality. Our DaaS™ platform, powered by our Immutably™ enterprise data framework, provides an open and inclusive substrate for all forms of Leading companies such as Encino and Satlantis deliver cutting-edge, real-time climate data and are perfectly suited to help us meet these challenges. We are delighted to welcome both companies to the platform and look forward to contextualizing their cutting-edge sensor and monitoring technologies, to provide more comprehensive and granular trusted information and climate impact.”

“The challenges of providing value-added emissions data and environmental regulatory compliance solutions today require integration with platforms that leverage machine learning, AI and blockchain, to increase and support customers,” added Scott McCurdy, CEO of Encino and member of the board of directors of Satlantis, LLC. . “We are excited to partner with Context Labs for these capabilities, allowing us to enhance deeper analytical insights, data auditability and transparency, and with Satlantis for microsatellite emission identification.

“Williams is focused on providing the essential infrastructure to support a clean energy future,” said Chad Zamarin, senior vice president of corporate strategic development for Williams. “Through the deployment of Context Labs’ cutting-edge technology across our gas infrastructure network, we will provide credible emissions transparency and connect the cleanest energy sources, through the cleanest infrastructure pathways. more efficient, thereby delivering low-carbon energy to critical demand centers in the United States and abroad via LNG exports.”

With these new Immutably™ Enterprise Data Fabric Platform partners, Context Labs is building a best-in-class climate technology ecosystem with guidance from BP Energy Partners, LLC and their proven successes in the energy space. The firm is an essential source of industry-related knowledge and advice, opening doors to other companies and standards organizations with aligned missions and values.

“Advancing the energy transition for a low-carbon future is central to our investment strategy,” said Nathan Brawn, managing director of BP Energy Partners, a strategic investor in Context Labs and Encino. “Partnering with climate tech companies with common goals is a force multiplier, where we achieve more together.” He continued, “Context Labs’ world-class data fabric technology platform, Encino’s state-of-the-art emissions detection and Satlantis’ breakthrough microsatellite systems form a powerful partnership that we are privileged to be part of.
